~*~ Orphans ~*~
  
At the moment, there is a policy on orphans (that goes for
any species).  A full background and reason for the character
being an orphan must be submitted, along with description,
behaviour, characteristics, attitudes, etc of the orphan
character.  The age of your character must also be submitted.
The age will be used to set a time limit for your character
to find someone else to take care of him/her.
  
This is because orphans rarely survive without a caretaker,
and the policy will hopefully keep the MUCK from being flooded
with parentless youngsters running around.
  
Keep in mind that those from litters (or single offspring)
of characters are approved if the names of the parents are
supplied, and the litter size has been reasonable.
